Emma is an experienced illustrator who specialises in working with Christian organisations, parishes and charities. She creates both on a freelance basis as well as running Tanglewood Atelier, an online shop and apostolate. She also enjoys illustrating for books, weddings and individual projects. 

Fascinated by the ability of illustration to communicate stories, her main goal within her work is to communicate the Good News of the Gospel, as well as the beauty and truth of the Church.   

Alongside illustration and design, Emma is also an educator and facilitator, having experience of regularly planning and running a range of events within Catholic parishes and beyond. These include creative workshops, parish retreat days and evangelisation courses.   

Emma lives in South West England with her husband and son. She is a convert from Anglicanism and is passionate about helping others along the same path, including through the sharing of her testimony.
