Cathy Baxendale

Having been a secondary school leader in a range of Catholic schools serving very different communities, I offer support to school leaders in fulfilling their mission and calling to develop all aspects of Catholic school life. 

Prayer and worship are central to our schools, but curriculum design, behaviour policies and systems, the pastoral system, and staff CPD (Continuous Professional Development) and support, should also fully reflect and embrace Catholic teaching. I can support at workshop and leadership CPD level, to tailor this approach to the unique context and needs of the school, via a virtues-led approach. 

I am also a pastoral musician and have led music at parish and school Masses for many years, working with clergy and lay people - And can offer support in creating liturgies and developing groups of musicians and/or singers.
